Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We ask that the item is returned  in the original unopened packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase/order number.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business  days or a store credit can be provided to use anytime.

Sale items (if applicable)
We will replace or exchange any sale item if it is found to be faulty or damaged. If we are unable to replace due to no replacement item in stock we will happily refund your purchase or provide a store credit.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange for change of mind or if you find the item at a cheaper purchase price.

 If the item has minor damage we may choose to repair if this option will remedy the item.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at organisedchaosemporium@outlook.com along with a photo of the item and copy of your receipt or purchase order and send your item to:

To return your product for refund you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Alternatively, items can be returned in person at Organised Chaos Emporium :35 Kinchela St Gladstone NSW 2440 Wednesday – Sunday 10am-3.30pm

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary, as our business is located within a regional area. We will notify you once the exchanged item has been received and a new item sent to you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not refund or exchange without item being received and receipt or proof of purchase provided.

Organised Chaos Emporium posts to all locations in both Australia and worldwide.

Processing your order

An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of purchase.

All orders within Australia are sent via Australia post using parcel post prepaid satchels.

International orders are sent via prepaid International Standard satchels. This service comes with tracking and your tracking number will be sent to you via email once item has been posted.

 

Delivery Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days- We endeavour to get your order to you ASAP.

Once your order has been dispatched delivery times will be subject to the delivery service selected.

Delays may be experienced due to Covid -19 at this time. We ask for your patience.

IMPORTANT- Please check that all items received are correct. If you receive an item that is incorrect we ask that you do not open the item and get in touch so we can rectify the error. We will not accept items for return or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with or not in their original condition. If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us within 5 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged during transit.

Prices and Payment

All prices on the website are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change.

Orders sent to an Australian Address

Free delivery (Australia Wide) for orders over $150

Orders up to 500g – $9.20 flat fee

Orders up to 1 kg – $12.45 flat fee

Orders up to 3kg – $15.00 flat fee

Orders up to 5 kg- $18.95 flat fee

 

Orders sent outside of Australia

A flat fee of $25.00 Australian dollars is payable for items posted worldwide up to 500g

A flat fee of $45.00 Australian dollars is payable for items posted worldwide up to 1 kg

A flat fee of $70.00 Australian dollars is payable for items posted worldwide up to 2kg

We use prepaid International Standard satchels which includes tracking.

Some items sent internationally will be subject to Quarantine and Customs excise and may be held by Customs until an additional fee is paid to Customs to release the parcel to you. Please check the applicable Customs laws in your country before making a purchase.

Organised Chaos Emporium is not liable to pay such fees and is not responsible for the rejection of a parcel.
